AgriOS supports field trial design, quality control of phenotypic data, spatial correction, and the calculation of heritibility, stability of varieties and breeding values.

Field trial design

Currently, AgriOS supports the following designs of field trials:

  • Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD)

  • Completely Randomized Design (CRD)

  • Contrast Design

  • Interval Contrast Design

  • Augmented Design with checks randomly located in each block (RCBD augmented)

  • Augmented Design with checks diagonaly located (diagonal augmented)

  • Split-plot Design

Quality control of field trial data

AgriOS can process the raw data of field trials and detect missing and outlier values. And can fill the data entries through following methods:

  • Mean value

  • Mode value

  • Median value

  • Random value

  • fill with 0

The filling can be done under different levels:

  • Genotype

  • Replication

  • Location

  • Experiment

AgriOS contains more than 200 real datasets for agricultural experiments, which can be used for practice and testing.
